2-point BSD

This is an extreme variant of the modern BSD license. The difference is that the last clause has been removed.

You can find it here. Note that when used, <YEARS> and <OWNER> are changed to the years of copyright and the owner of the copyright, respectively.

This license is used with projects that I want to spread as much as possible without encumbering anyone. General-purpose libraries are typical targets for this license.
